Hallyu group Super Junior has announced that they will be releasing their sixth studio album before leader Leeteuk leaves to serve his two-year military service.
Super Junior recently held their ‘Super Show 4’ encore concert which took place in Seoul Olympic Park Stadium on May 26 and 27. On the last day, Leeteuk surprisingly revealed, “We are working on our sixth studio album which will be released before I leave for military service.”
SM Entertainment confirmed during a telephone conversation with OSEN, “It is true that Super Junior is currently working on their sixth album.”
Super Junior released their fifth album ‘Mr. Simple’ in August 2011. The group has sold a total of 502,830 copies of the album until March of this year, marking the group to keep their position as album king for three years in a row.
